Privacy policy
1. Data collected
We collect name, email address, phone number and booking details: pickup and return date, duration, destination, trip type, experience level, body heights for backpack fitting, and any comments you send us.
2. Purpose
Data is used solely to fulfil the rental agreement and relevant communication.
3. Retention
Booking and contact data is kept for as long as the rental is being handled and afterwards only where required. Invoice data is kept for seven years to meet Dutch tax obligations. Other data is deleted once it is no longer needed.
4. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data. Contact hello@right2roam.nl. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
5. Cookies
We use only functional cookies.
6. Processors
We use external providers for website hosting, the booking database and sending email. They process data on our instructions only and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes. We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.
